Shipping and Returns

Most orders leave our shop within one business day of being processed.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, brokerage fees, and COD fees applied to international shipments. These fees can be applied arbitrarily by your postal system or carrier of choice. UPS seems to levy all sorts of additional fees, especially for Canadian customers. Therefore, we suggest the use of USPS for all international orders.

Partial Backorder - USA
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, and your order is being shipped within the USA, we will ship your incomplete order immediately. We will ship the backordered items separately as soon as they are back in stock.

Partial Backorder - International
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, and your order is being shipped outside the USA, we will hold your order until we have all the parts, and then ship the full order. This is due to the higher costs of international shipping, and may cause some delays. We can try to accommodate partial shipments at increased cost or advise you on wait times, so please contact us for more information.

Returns
No return on electrical components/parts that have been soldered, installed, powered on and/or had wires cut. No return on speakers.

Returns on electrical components/parts that are defective from manufacturer only within 30 days. Returns on tubes which are defective from manufacturer only within 30 days. Complete returns allowed within 30 days of receipt only. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and subject to 15% restocking fee.
